Correspondent Valerie Bagley (November 2019) reports that the cafe in St.Paul's Church is currently only open on Wednesday lunchtimes, though this may be an arrangement for the winter season. According to the church web-site its office is open Monday to Friday from 10am to 5pm, so if you want to to see the Zoffany painting (and the fine stained glass), it might be possible to ask there for access.
